The Regulations stipulate necessary matters for the participant(s)for the Asia Creative Design Award(ACDA). All entries have to be originally created by the participant(ts)or the participating teams. Once any entry is found plagiarism in ideas or concepts, or is entangled with copyright or intel-lectual property issues, it is the participant(s) who is/are liable for the consequences. The organizing committee will disqualify and cancel participant’s award from the ACDA. The ACDA organizing committee has the right to exhibit, publish, publicize, collect and display all entries on TV, Internet, print or broadcasting media in any format, material, and virtual medium.
In case of any doubt about the rules of the ACDA, the organizing committee reserves the right of final interpretation.
If there is anything else about this competition, it shall be further stipulated and explained by the organizing committee.
